We’ll place a hold on funds before shipping and if we don’t hear from you, you’ll be charged the amount on your order confirmation at the time of purchase 30 days after the order will have been delivered. If you’re not satisfied, please contact support@thorlo.com with your order number within the 30 days of receiving the socks and we will allow you to return the socks and remove the hold on the credit card. A $2 restocking fee may apply. There is a limit of one order per customer. Offer applies on select diabetic sock while supplies last. Bundles and gift cards are excluded.
