    The best hiking socks

    08/01/15

I've been using this style of Thorlo's for many years. They are absolutely the best for hiking and I've used them on numerous Colorado wilderness hikes. Super comfortable, padding in all the right places, and they last a long time. Lately I've been using them for workouts with trail running shoes, and they work out very well for that as well. Susan and the staff at Thorlo are the best!

    Who knew......

    07/26/15

I have terrible feet! They hurt most all the time. On a recent trip to the Boundary Waters, I thought I would try these socks. What a difference!!! No pain whatsoever. Carrying gear or portaging the canoes. These are by far my favorite pair of socks!

very tough sock. I've worn each of three pairs at least once a week for over 10 years and they're just wearing out.

    Excellent Hiking Socks

Elected to try this sock in my quest of taming the Grand Canyon. The socks serves their purpose but taming the Grand Canyon is another matter. Thank you Thorlo for yet another fine product.

    super comfortable

I've been buying these socks for my husband for 20+ years and will continue to do so. They're the only socks he wears (except for dress, of course!). His feet are completely flat---no arch at all--so he has constant "issues." These socks are THE BEST he's found......comfort, comfort, comfort abounds for all his activities.

Most comfortable and durable sock for everyday, walking and hiking.

    06/26/15

12 years ago I hiked from the Canadian border to Salt Lake City wearing Thorlo socks. I never had blisters, my feet were dry and the light cushioning kept my feet comfortable even on 24 mile days. My husband and I have worn no other make of socks since and use the Thorlo Light Walking socks for every day wear, power walking and hiking (they did quite well up and back, Portal to Mt. Whitney summit, in one day quite nicely too.

    The only socks I'll wear

    05/05/15

They cushion and support my feet. They feel great! And some of mine have lasted for more than 15 years. Not quite as comfy or fluffy, but still serviceable after 15 years of hard living. These are the best socks on the market. As long as I can find them, they're the only ones I'll wear.

    Best Sock for a Drysuit

    04/27/15

I use a drysuit for many water activities (rafting, kayaking) and searched for the perfect sock. It is padded, soft texture, warm, and most importantly, doesn't bunch. These are great to walk in and even better to paddle in.

Always trying to find the perfect sock

    04/27/15

These are very good socks and I love the color. However, I am always looking for the best wearing socks for MY feet and these sock are a little loose in the toe area for me. After several hours of wear, these socks have a tendency to bunch up around my toes. I have tried them with Merrell and Lowa hiking boots and the same thing occurred with both shoes. I am going to continue to wear the socks and wash them inside out several more times to see if this issue improves. It sounds funny, but I have had other brands of socks that wear better after several washes.
