2. What Information does THOR·LO Collect?
THOR·LO collects information in two ways: (1) directly from you; and (2) automatically as a result of your use of the Site.
Information Collected Directly from You: We may collect and retain any information directly provided by you in connection with your use of the Site. For example, we collect the information you provide us when you:
- Register for or manage an account with us;
- Communicate with us, such as to provide feedback, provide a review or testimonial, ask for additional information or make a request;
- Make a purchase through the Site; or
- Subscribe to newsletters, email lists or other content that we provide.
We may collect information such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information and any other information that you provide to us. Information collected by Data Technologies may be used on this or on other websites or services, including those that may not be operated by us.
Email. We may collect information regarding the effectiveness of our email and other communications with you. For example, we may know if you open an email we send or follow a link in an email we send to you.
3. How Does THOR·LO Use the Information it Collects?
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the Site to you and others;
- Provide you with products and services you request or purchase, or that may be of interest to you;
- Create, administer and maintain your account if you create one;
- Operate our business, including monitoring, maintaining and improving the functionality of our Site;
- Understand the needs and preferences of our users;

4. With Whom Do We Share the Information that We Collect?
We may share the information we collect (i) as you expressly authorize us to; (ii) as permitted by law; and (iii) with third parties, including:
Service Providers. We may share information with service providers who help us to administer our Site, provide technical support, sending marketing, promotions, and communications related to our business, and process payments. These service providers include analytics companies, advertising networks and others, such as those that provide Data Technologies on the Site.
Business Partners. We may also partner with other entities as part of our business and we may share information with those entities as part of such ventures.
Advertising Networks. We may work with advertising networks that deliver targeted advertisements to consumers and generate statistics and metrics related to the delivery of such advertisements. Advertising networks collect information about the websites that you visit and the advertisements that you interact with and uses it to serve you targeted ads based on your inferred interests and preferences as well as for auditing, research and reporting to us and other advertisers. This data collection takes place both on this Site and on third-party websites that participate in the advertising networks.
Business Transfer. We may share information we have gathered about you in connection with the sale or merger of our business or the transfer of assets.
We may also disclose information in response to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, or in connection with any legal process, or to comply with relevant laws. 5. Your Choices
You may limit and control the information provided to us in a number of ways; however, you may not be able to use all features of the Site if you limit the information you share with us.
Account Information. If you have registered for an account through the Site, you may correct, update or delete the information contained in your account by logging in to your account and editing your information. Note that we may keep historical information in our backup files as permitted by law.
Emails. You can stop receiving promotional emails by submitting a request to the address in the “Contact Us” section below or following the unsubscribe instructions in e-mails that you receive. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you transactional communications, such as those about your account, orders you have made or other service-related communications.
Connections to Third Party Applications and Services. Connecting your account with us to third-party applications or services is optional. If you have chosen to connect your account to an external third party application, such as Facebook, you can change your settings and disconnect your account from the third-party application.
Targeted Advertising. Many companies that collect information for targeted advertising are members of either the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). The NAI and the DAA offer the ability for you to opt-out of the targeted advertising programs of their members. The NAI op-out is available at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and the DAA opt-out is available at http://www.aboutads.info/choices. Please note that if you use a different computer, change your web browser, or delete your cookies, you will need to renew all of your opt-out choices. Please also note that this does not opt you out of being served advertising but only excludes you from targeted (i.e. interest-based) advertising. If you use the Site, you will continue to receive generic advertisements.
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). No information should be submitted to or posted to the Site by visitors younger than thirteen (13) years old.
7. Information Security
We take reasonable measures designed to secure and protect information transmitted via or stored on the Site. Despite these measures we cannot guarantee the security of networks, servers and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf, or that information you transmit to us over the Internet will not be intercepted, deleted or altered.
Please assist us in protecting your information. If a password is used to help protect your account and information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone and please notify us if you believe that your password has been stolen or might have otherwise been misused. If you receive a suspicious email purporting to be from us, please forward it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures
California and Delaware law require THOR·LO to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Thus, like many other websites and online services, we are currently unable to respond to Do Not Track Signals. 10. California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship the following information: (a) a list of the categories of personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the name and address of all such third parties. To request the above information, please email us at email@example.com with a reference to California Disclosure Information. For all requests, you must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Please note that we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information. Please allow 30 days for a response.
11. Visiting the Site from Outside the United States
This Site is not intended for visitors outside the United States and Canada. If you are visiting the Site, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
12. Canadian Privacy Rights
The file containing your personal information is maintained on our servers or those of our service providers, and is accessible by authorized employees, representatives and service providers.
